How are your knives made?

3D modeling

After this step, we move on to creating the steel mold. This mold will be used to mold all the parts of our products subsequently.

Creation of the Mold

Each Youth To The People product is made in California and dreamed up by our in house product innovation team. Driven by the latest in skincare technologies, each product is stacked with actives at intentional percentages for optimal efficacy. Our main goal - create products that create positive change in your skin.

Molding

The different materials, such as zinc alloy, are heated and injected under high pressure into the steel mold. This process allows us to create millimeter shapes ready for our 3D models. Thus, every detail of the knives present in the game is faithfully reflected on the knife models we manufacture.

Sanding

Once the injection process is completed, the molded parts are removed from the mold and subjected to demolding operations. Then, the parts can be inspected for possible imperfections and subjected to finishing operations such as deburring or polishing to achieve a smooth, high-quality surface.

Paint

We now begin the painting stage. To ensure optimal paint quality, we use specially designed paint sprayers combined with individual molds for each part. This method allows us to obtain maximum sharpness and quality of painting.

Opening

To protect the painting and improve its final appearance, our reproductions are varnished. Varnishing consists of applying a transparent layer of varnish to the painted surface. This helps seal the paint, protecting it from scratches and giving it a long-lasting, shiny look.

Assembly

Finally, all the component parts of the knife are assembled. This may include adding mechanical parts, as well as fasteners such as screws, rivets to assemble the finalized product. Once assembly is complete, the replicas are then carefully packaged before being shipped to your address.
